Custom Table From Filtered Result Of Another Table

I am looking for DAX to impliment the below logic:

 

I have 2 tables A and B, Row based security implimented on both tables, so based on user permisions these 2 tables are filtered.

 

I would like to create 3rd custom table Union of A and B with filtered values , i tried UNION (A,B) ,but filters are not applied.

 

any suggustions please
