Dear,
Could you please help me to create Dax formula for the case described below? Tried a lot of times but no success.
I need to calculate cumulative amount of open incidents for each day and take into account the date open and closed.
For example:
Appreciate your help!
Please try
Cumulative Amount =
VAR CurrentDate =
MAX ( 'Calendar'[Date] )
RETURN
COUNTROWS (
FILTER (
ALL ( Incidents ),
Incidents[Incident Open] <= CurrentDate
&& COALESCE ( Incidents[Incident Closed], TODAY () ) > CurrentDate
)
)
@tamerj1 , thanks a lot for help! now the amount is correct. 😍
But there is one more problem I've faced - it is not possible to divide the ticket amount per categories (which also exist in the main "Incident" table), the result is like this:
Could you please advise how to fix this problem?
