I am attempting to create a dynamic summary table that will show me how many times a given expert/contact works with companies other than it's own in power bi. The following code works fine when I am passing it hard values (an expert id string "expert_id") in Data View but I can not get it to work dynamically based off a selection on my details page.
Measure code
Summary table I wish to display
I am aware that I am outside the bounds of what a measure is supposed to handle, but I do not know any good way of displaying the data from the table. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Ideally I am looking to be able to display the Top 5 results from that summary table on my dashboard.

@evan_hoefling , You can use measure in the table. But table will not use slicer values. This means it will not be dynamic based on slicer selection
You need to build a proper data model, set your relationships and the rest is piece of cake. If you can share sample file with dummy data then most probably will be served up to your satisfaction.
So there is no way to do what I am trying to do? If so it's no big deal. Just was wondering if this was even possible.
