Creating a measure to find values that don't match from 2 columns in same table

Hi all,

I have 2 columns of data (an org_id and a parent_id) and I would like to create a measure that evaluates this data to return the value that has no match (head of heirarchy). Is this at all possible?

There is no need to use a measure for that.  Solve your problem in Power Query or in a calculated column.

Please provide sample data in usable format (not as a picture) and show the expected outcome.
