Create refresh button using HTML/Javascript

Hi! Is there any way to create a refresh button using HTML/Javascript for the user side - that would allow to refresh the visual and dataset?

@Anonymous , On power bi service, once you publish, you will reset of the refresh button. For dataset refresh you can use power automate
