Create new column from another column with conditions

Hi,

       I'm trying to compare the defect quantity from same lot when it was run at different operation. The problem is the lot didn't pass through each operation in the same day, so I can't use date column to be shared X-axis in column chart. My idea is to create new column "Newdate", value in this column will bring from date column but use only date of operation 2.

Also welcome for another idea to solve the problem.
