Create fiscal year measure to "resort" a date hierarchy

I can only work with measures. I have no access to the dataset since my data is live connection.

I have a calender field that contains my dates. 

Date Hierachy:

CRE_DTTM:

Is there a way to create a new measure that "resorts" my date hierachy into a specific order so that June is the first month?
