Create a dynamic Calculated Table based on a numeric between Slicer/Parameter

Hi all, 

I`m using Summarize() to create a calculated table with XIRR and SUM thrown in there. 

I have a numeric column that I would like this Summarize to filter on - no hard coding, needs to be dynamic or subject to a slicer or a parameter selection. 

Is what I am describing realistic? 

Calculated tables are created pre-slicers I realise yet did everybody ever figure out a way to have such a function?
