Create New Measure count of text with a conditional denominator

I am trying to get a precentage to put in a KPI card but am having trouble.

I have a data set with a flag which indicates if a certain observation is a certain type of corporate priority. I want to know what percentage of these fall into that type of priority but only for a particulat product line using a quick measure.

Basically, my data looks like this:

ProductSkuProductLineTypeIsPriority
1TechtoysY
2TechITN
3FarmTractorsN
4TechentertainmentN

I have tried a few different things but can't get it to work.

% priority =
COUNTROWS(
    FILTER(
        SUMMARIZE (
        'Table',
        'Table'[IsPriority],
        "Y" ),
    [ProductLine] = "Tech" && ISBLANK([ProductLine]) = FALSE
    )
)

Any suggestions? This should basiclly just be looking at line 1, 2 and 4 in the case of the fake data for the demonator and observation 1 for the numerator. Thank you!

Hi,

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

% priority =
VAR _t =
    FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[ProductLine] = "Tech" )
RETURN
    DIVIDE (
        COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( _t, 'Table'[IsPriority] = "Y" ) ),
        COUNTROWS ( _t )
    )
