Create New Calculated Column

Column [Will Evaluation be Required?] has choices of True, False, or Blank

Coulmn [Date Evaluation Completed] gives a date or is blank if not completed

I want a new column that says:

If [Will Evaluation be Required?] is true, then for all the [Date Evaluation Completed] blank items= open

and items with a date= completed

Thank you!
