Create Measure for custom visual

Hello Experts,
in photo attached, I used custom visual which is Merge Bar Chart that show markets, and divide each market to China and Non-China, I want to create measure to put in tooltip, to show the %. 
For Example: - Mineral market :100:      China: 20            &    non-China= 80

                        Mineral market100%= China: 20%        &    non-China= 80 %
