Counting rows based on value in table - Turning value into percentage

Hello, Hope you can help with this.

I am working with Power BI (beginner) and I am struggling to shake off what I think is "excel logic". I am trying to create a count in DAX based off a cell reference in Power BI.

This is survey response data with all surveys marked between 1 to 10

The responses are a SUM of all responses. Some questions were answered more than others so I need to count my table based off the value in the "cell".

For example, my logic is like this:

C1 = (Count where value = A1, *10) / 90

C2 = (Count where value = A2, *10) / 75

C3 = (Count where value = A3, *10) / 30

@Jake__789456 , seem like some data is missing here. As per what you have given that would be 100% in all rows

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
