Dax expression with filters

Hi All,

I need to design the distinctcount based on the below filters,

count distinct PersonIDHash from the D_Person table.

filters that we need to use,

where 
Parameter!Date_from between D_Person.RowStartDate and D_Person.RowEndDate and
D_Person.MunicipalityKEY in (D_Municipality selected) and (D_Person.BirthYear - Parameter!Date_from) = D_AgeGroup.Age (selected AgeGroup) and (d.person.died=0 or d.person.diedate > Date to

Could you please suggest how that I need to proceed.

@Anonymous ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
