Counting duplicate entries and displaying it on table

Consider the table below;

I'm looking to create a measure that shows  the duplicate count on count name Id pairs without having to create the intermediate calculated column name Id pairs.

names	ID	name - ID Pairs	count name - ID pairs
smith	1100	smith 1100	2
borke	0012	borke 0012	1
smith	1100	smith 1100	2
travis	1234	travis 1234	1
amadeus	0987	amadeus 0987	1

Create a measure

Duplicates =

var _a = CONCATENATE(MAX('Table'[Name]),MAX('Table'[ID]))

RETURN

COUNTX('Table',_a)
