Hi,
I have the next 3 tables in my Power BI file:
Customer table
CustomerId | Country |
1 | US |
2 | IR |
3 | US |
Cases table
CustomerId | CreatedDate | Subject |
1 | 2021-01-01 | Error 1 |
2 | 2021-02-02 | Error 2 |
1 | 2021-01-04 | Error 3 |
Sign up table
CustomerId | SignUp |
1 | 2021-01-01 |
2 | 2021-02-01 |
3 | 2021-03-01 |
What I want is a visual where we can view the number of tickets that an user has created in the first 7 days or 1 month after it sign up. It would be like:
CustomerId | First 7 days | First 1 month |
1 | 1 | 2 |
2 | 1 | 1 |
3 | 0 | 0 |
Can you help me with this? I've tried it with a calculated column in the "Sign up table", but I have not reach what I want.
Thanks!
Fran

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension! |
DAX is simple, but NOT EASY! |

Thanks @CNENFRNL!!
I've tried the solution that you have propposed me but now I obtain this error:
It seems that the duplicate values (I don't know if the column createdData of Cases table or the SignUp column) don't let me show the visual.
Thanks!
Fran
