Count of Unique Clients Among Multiple Activities

Have a People and an Activity table that has a 1 to many relationship. Looking to return the Contact field for each individual client. Need to know the count of clients that had at least 1 successful activity and the count of clients that has an unsuccessful activity among multiple possible activities for a single client.

Below is a sample of my data. For example there would be a total of 3 clients that had Successful activites, and 2 who had only  Unsuccessful activities. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you only want to report on 

- successful

- mixed

- unsuccessful

buckets or do you need to go deeper like

- 100% successful

- 75% successful

- 50% successful

- 25% successful

- unsuccessful

etc?

No. If a unique client has at least 1 successful activity they should be counted a Successful. If they do not have a successful activity, return the unique number of clients as Unsuccessful.
