Count measure producing values greater than 1

I'm using measures ONLY and don't have access to the dataset because my data is live connection. Basically for all the 4's, I want them to be 1. How do I count them indivudally and not group them if they have the same value in the first column?

Why not just make a condition instead of using count? Like if criteria meets your conditions then return 1 else 0

Like using the IF function on the measure? I need the replace the value of the count if it meets the condition that it is greater than 1. Can I replace the value of the count (4 --> 1)?

I mean yes you could say 

If([your count measure] >0 , 1)

Thanks for your reply. I've tried that but it doesn't necessary replace the value of the count. Instead, it just attaches a column to my table visualization. How do I replace the count value?

You cant replace values from a measure , you need to make a new measure with conditions if you want the 1 count included just add [count] >=1 isntead of only the > or change the whole measure from the start to just state your conditions and return 1 else blank
