I'm trying find a way to count consective rows by hour t contains a specfic flag. So in the table below the count for Parameter C would each have a count on the "m" flag of 1, for the day 1/1/2019. (The flag happens in row 17:00, 18:00 and 19:00, but only needs to be counted as 1, not 3). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Parameter | Day | Hour | Flag |
C | 1/1/2019 | 17 | m |
C | 1/1/2019 | 18 | m |
C | 1/1/2019 | 19 | m |
You can create a Measure like below.
Measure =
COUNTROWS(
GROUPBY(
'Table',
'Table'[Parameter],
'Table'[Day],
'Table'[Flag]
)
)
This will return the result as below.
