Count Values in a Row

Hi All

This should be a simple question - but for the life of me i cant see the formula i need - or at least my tiny brain cant process this at teh moment so need your help!

Basically I need to be able to count the number of times the values are within a specific row so i can then produce a nice report\count.

Note those in red - the right hand column is a calculated column counting the days between join date and last payment -  I need to count the number of times of 0-50, 51-100, 101-150, 151-200, 200+

When i get this i will do the green also....but I cant get my head around how to do this.

Any help would be most appreciated.
