I am using Power bi project online template is it possible to convert y axis value(days) to show FTE ?

You need to add a custom column that divides [Days] by your FTE days, then that column can be added to the chart instead of the DAys column.

Thanks @Fowmy the problem is that I do not have values for FTE's and I am not sure how to determine the value as i only have hours per day worked and date and time table.

Then you can divide Total Hours by 8 if a day is considered 8 hours of work.

@Fowmy I have done that, it gives a number of days per month, I can change it into weeks, months etc, however what 1 FTE equals to differs month by month ( as the number of (working) days is different each month ) therefore I am not sure how to figure that bit out.
FTE is a more complex measure as it is semi-aditive - you cannot drill down across a time dimension.
there is an easy work around for some scenarios:
so , if your duration field is in hours, you can define three measures/or sql fields:
