@Anonymous

You need to add a custom column that divides [Days] by your FTE days, then that column can be added to the chart instead of the DAys column.

Thanks @Fowmy  the problem is that I do not have values for FTE's  and I am not sure how to determine the value as i only have hours per day worked and date and time table.

@Anonymous

Then you can divide Total Hours by 8 if a day is considered 8 hours of work.

@Fowmy  I have done that, it gives a number of days per month, I can change it into weeks, months etc,  however what 1 FTE equals to differs  month by month ( as the number of (working) days is different each month ) therefore I am not sure how to figure that bit out.

FTE is a more complex measure as it is semi-aditive - you cannot drill down across a time dimension.

there is an easy work around for some scenarios:

so , if your duration field is in hours, you can define three measures/or sql fields:

,duration /8 as duration_day_fte
,duration /38 as duration_week_fte
,duration / (38*T.month_days/7) as duration_month_fte

We use 38 hours FTE week, so i divide number of days in the month by 7 to get exact decimal number of weeks. T is my time dimension, where each day also has number of days.

There are solutions to avoid 3 measures and use just one, but you will need DAX/SSAS calculations to find at what time level you are, it can be tricky if you want to expand/collaps time levels / month into days.

you can use mine time dimension if you like
