Controlling multiple filter selections on same table using DAX

i have a scenario where there are two slicers from the same table. I want to ignore filters applied on Slicer2 on any measures or calculated columns created using Slicer1. and Vice Versa.

Refer to the image below, any selection made on Col A, should not affect any measures or calculated columns related to Col B.

Please note Col A and Col B are from the same table.

We are trying to visualize the comparison of two dimensions (event Title), by displaying side by side the two dimensions (Event Title) and their respective facts. In order to accomplish this, measures/DAX need to be created in such a way that the filter selection (of dimensions) is mutually exclusive on the DAX.

All filters are getting applied, unable to isolate the filter application on DAX . I used functions like all except, All, removefilters options and they didn’t work as expected.

Currently using this DAX to calculate Total Spend;

Total Spend for ColB = CALCULATE(SUM(Table1[Actual Total Cost]), REMOVEFILTERS(Table1[Col A]))

Need some help here.

Thanks in Advance.

Thank you. Edit Interactions functionality only works with independant visuals like summary cards.

In my scenario we are using a table visual that contains both Col A and Col B related information.
