Not sure if fullly get you, supposing you have a datatable like:

Product	Day	Profit
A	1	1
A	2	-1
B	1	1
B	2	-5

try to plot a Matrix Visual with Product, Day columns with a measure like:

measure = 
IF(
    SUM(TableName[Profit])>=0,
    UNICHAR(10004),UNICHAR(10006)
)

it worked like:
