Conditional formatting

Hello Everyone,

I applied conditional formatting in score column that if the score of employee is >= 5 it will be colored as green and < 5 will be red. But for employee number 4&5, they only need >= 4 score to achieve the green color. What should be my next step to accomplish this kind of formatting?  Thank you very much!!

Applied conditional formatting

Employee_NameScore
Employee 15
Employee 24.9
Employee 36
Employee 44.2
Employee 54

Expected result

Employee_NameScore
Employee 15
Employee 24.9
Employee 36
Employee 44.2
Employee 54

Hi,

Here is how to do this:

Formatting measure =

IF(MAX('Table (27)'[Score])>=5,"Green","Red")

Place this measure as the conditional format:

End result:
