Conditional formatting rows

HI all, I am not entirly sure how to achieve this and unable to find an answer so an help would be great.

I have a table of events that occur and the date it occurs. I have created a table to show the events and then new cxolumns from measures to show the proportion number of events per day, monday, tuesday ect.
Is there a way to conditionally format this table to show the lowest occuring day. I am able to format the lowest/highest event for each day, but I was wondering if it is possible the other way round? 

Something along these lines in powerbi if that makes sense?

Based on your description, you want to format the minimum value, you can go to Format->cell elements->background color and use conditional formatting.
