Compute Using Table down in table edit calculation in power BI

I am trying to do a DAX Calculation in Power BI - but it doesn't work like it does in Tableau and I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.   Calculations I am using in Tableau Listed Below Table ...

    same as you want 

    it is column not a mesure

    Column = DIVIDE(Sheet1[Sales],SUMX(ALL(Sheet1),Sheet1[Sales]))

     

    output in measure

    Measure = DIVIDE(
      SUM(Sheet1[Sales]),
      CALCULATE(
         SUM(Sheet1[Sales]),
         REMOVEFILTERS(Sheet1[Document Number])
      )
   )

    Dangar332 Yes I have tried that. it just gives me answer as "1"

     

    What I want was to calculate table down for that column which provides this answer

    This is the expected result I need in power BI
