Comparing two values of each row from different tables

Sure, the rawdata seems to be messedup while posting. What i want is For example, For this E5550 model A24 is the latest version so when i compare rawdata with WL if the version A24 then it is updated or lesser than that like A19 or something which means it is outdated.
