Comparing two Measure values.

I am comparing Third Column Measure with Foruth Column Measure. For that, I wrote syntax like below.

compa % Annualize Attrition - Operations = SWITCH(TRUE(),[Third Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations] == [Fourth Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations],"↔️",[Third Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations] > [Fourth Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations],"😍",[Third Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations] < [Fourth Column Measure Annualize Attrition-Operations],"😅")

The about Syntax is not working fine for >,< conditions. Please help anyone is aware of it.
And I am using Card visual to display this "compa % Annualize Attrition - Operations".
Note:Based  on the Slicer selection ,Thired Column and Fourth Columns are getting values.
