Compare measure last year and add status

Hello,

I need to compare an amount like Revenue the selected year N with the previous year related N-1 and add a status with this condition if Revenue N = 0 and Revenue N-1 >0 then "inactive" for a main fact table and for 3 Others fact table, then I need to Display the result on a single Matrix.

                 Nb active |  Nb inactive | Nb New

Year N.    | 

Year N-1 | 

What is the best technique for reach this result ?

Please could you help me ?
