Compare dates of 2 last month and result must show in %

Hi,

I'm trying to create a measure that give me the % between 2 months, the last two months(now must show me apr and march) and if change the year must be the same period, but first I used dateadd but don't work with pairs years (I read about power bi gets confused with pairs years because the leap year, so I'm trying different formulas but I don't get the answer.

In the picture, the columns are the months and the data inside is a SUM, I want to divide the sum of the last month with the previous month and that % result show in a line. Can somebody help me please?example

Last Month =
