Combo Chart in PBI

I created a combo chart in a PBI file that I'm building.

I want the secondary line that shows the target per DM to only filter with the DMs selected.  The measure I created was a simple DAX measure -

# of Clinic Visits Per Week Target = DIVIDE(4080,136)

I'm thinking I'm just missing something in the formula to only filter with what is filtered so it's not showing all 136 DMs everytime.  Probably something that contains to exclude if blank but not 100% sure how to capture that.

I figured it out. Added a Switch True to the formula and it worked.
