Column format of various data type values

Hi guys, I have a column where data types are various (Percentage and General) and the final result is that each KPI will be displayed in a separate Gauge so there is a need to display % sign accordingly to the unit. I tried to create calculated column with IF condition and format percents but the outcome is text  and I can not manupulate these figures.

Is there a way achieve this through DAX ? Or any other way ?

@Anonymous ,

Have you tried creating 2 measures (1 for % and other for general number) ? First be sure the fact and target columns are numerical.
