Hi everyone,
I wanted to create expense report clustered column chart with Y-axis showing Sum of Amount (including native overlap Sum Amount from same period last year) and X-axis to shown in time period with format YYYY-MM. The data itself contain expense category and non-contiguous data. there are 2 problems here:
a. when it shows total expense in all category selected, the X-axis not in ascended sequence.
b. when some category selected, the chart expect to show all months within a year, and for months that has no data, to sum it as zero. problem is since not all data available each month. hence it only show the sum of available data.
Clustered column chart - non-contiguous date
appreciate some enlightment in this report. attached the PBIX & raw data source in zip.
