Cluster customers with country name

I have a dataset of customer transaction. Now I have to create an overview in dasshboard with customer ids where "payment option" (a column of dataset) was paypal, transaction was done in less than 60 days and the amount of the transaction was more than 20. Then I am supposed to cluster these customer ids according to country name, also create a sorted list which states how many customers meeting the criteria mentioned above were from each country. How to do that and suggest the suitable visualization charts for this scenraio? Thanks!
