I'm reading up this statement in almost all time intelligence DAX tutorials.
This function is not supported for use in DirectQuery mode when used in calculated columns or row-level security (RLS) rules.
Does it mean that all time-intelligence DAX won't work in a visual if an RLS rule is implemented on top of it?
Thanks!
Hi @yyzheng12 ,
That statement means : If you are using Direct Query Mode or RLS, you cann't use the Time Intelligence function in the DAX expression of RLS rules or calculated columns.
