Change Column Color on the Header of Matrix visual and identify rows >= to 40 hours

Good Morning
I have a matrix like below, I want to change color of the header when the Fiscal Period changes and content of column related to that header in grey and next block in white.

Also I want to highligth the cell where hours are greater or equal to 40 hours
