Can you divide results of measurement by values from column row by row ?

Hello,

I have created measurement:
Distinct Count Attributes = CALCULATE (DISTINCTCOUNT(CleanTable[Task]))

this one five me count of 15, 16,  ext row by row

I have added SumColumn in power query which summarize other columns. Rows looks like 10, 15, 50 ect.

I would like to get measurement: (deduction)
Distinct Count Attributes - SumColumn

is it possible please
