Calculation using values of measurements from previous months

Hello, I need help to take the measurement, I have tried in several ways but without success.

I made an example in Excel to improve understanding.

In the current month (May), a formula is used, and in the following months (June, July...), the previous month is used as the basis for the calculation, and so on for the next months.
