Calculation return a blank Value

Hello, I am trying to calculated a "_Actualdemand" but failed many times. To debug the formula error, I had seperate the DAX formula and find the target Actualdate is correctly list. But the DAX calculate to get the sum of demand does not work. Is there a way to get the DAX works? My formula as below

Result Table:

DAX of _Actualdate: it is to pick a date (1st Month of next Quarter's last snapshot)

DAX of -Actualdemand: Simply use calculation(Filter) to get the demand summarized but it always return to blank value
