Calculating the Percentage of Total

Hi Community

I am newbie to Power BI
I have a query regarding the DAX to use in order to calculate the % of Total
The Fact Table is connected to Date Table. Below is the Image where I want the percentage of Total in Matrix.

The Rows in Matrix contains the Product and Location to know how much of Inventory is there is respective regions like Eupore and USA in this example. I have a meausre "Total Inventory" which counts all the products like toothpaste, biscuits, chips, drinks etc. I have a Date Slicer to view only the invetory for the particular date. The Age 11+, Age 21+ and 31+ are group for aging.

If the Total Inventory is 5,000 for 25th October 2023 which includes toothpaste, biscuits, chips, drinks, etc. I want the matrix to return how much % does biscuits is against 5,000 Total Inventory. And If I use the measure in Values field in Matrix it must return the % for EACH age group and must respect the Date Slicer Fileter so that the % for specific date is returned. Like

Bicusits = 834/5000 *100
Bicusits -> Europe = 478/5000 *100
Bicusits -> Europe = 478/5000 *100

Chips = 834/5000 *100
Chips -> Europe = 478/5000 *100
Chips -> Europe = 478/5000 *100

I tried multiple filter methods and there was problem that filter only takes table total for % and not the total inventory or in another method it ignores the date slicer and returns total inventory regardless of dates being filtered. Please suggest me a solution with DAX or any other workaround to visually present this. It will be really useful for the current project I am working on.
