Calculating % growth over the years

Screenshot (2).pngMy data looks like this. For each district name there is the data of total population for 2017, 2016,2015,2014 and 2013. I want to calculate the % change from the previous year for every district for every year. Please help @Mubashir

try this or a measure (not calculated column):

Growth =
VAR __Year = MAX('Table'[Year])
VAR __ThisYearValue = CALCULATE( SUM('Table'[Total]), 'Table'[Year] = __Year)
VAR __PreviousYearValue = CALCULATE( SUM('Table'[Total]), 'Table'[Year] = __Year - 1)
RETURN
DIVIDE(__ThisYearValue-__PreviousYearValue,__PreviousYearValue)

then put the Year and District in the visual you want (don't summarize years) and add the measure
