Calculating TOTALYTD skipping data

Hi all,

I am trying to calculate sales YTD using the measure below. The issue I have is that it seems to skip data when I use the measure in a visual. The example below is showing a filtered sales amount for a certain region. It also doesn't return the same total on year level.

Your help is appreciated greatly.

PS. this also occurs when using DATESYTD.

But that doesn't seem to be the problem, the cardinality is *-1 and cross filter direction is set on single. When there is no region selected it seems to be working fine.

It looks like it's skipping october and november but then in december it does accumulate the sales amount for october and november. Which would suggest that the measure is doing what it's suposed to do.

@powerbi_genes The measure is not working correctly at all for the region filter, as the summition of data is wrong from february itself.

Make sure that the visual uses date and month from date table. And that the join between date table and sales table is single directional.
