Hey all,
I have an issue with DAX and hope you can help me.
I have a list of support tickets. All of them have a send-in date and time. Some are already solved, so they have a closing date and time. The tickets that are still open have no data in the "Closed" column.
I want to calculate how long these tickets have been open or how long they are open right now. But, I only want to count the working days. Is there a way to calculate this?
It would be very nice if it's possible to also count the hours. So when a ticket has been open for3 (working) days and 12 hours, the result will be 3.5.
Thanks!
Marieke

Of course, it's possible because almost everything in DAX is possible (apart from recurrence unless it's sidways). However, to calculate in DAX you have to have a good and correct model. Please read this to know how to construct correct models. Once you have such a model, you can show it to us and we'll try to give you a solution.
