where year = 2024,
and quarter = Q1

pivotedQuestions[Year] = 2024,
pivotedQuestions[Quarter] = "Q1",
pivotedQuestions[Overall, how satisfied were you with your live chat experience?]
IN { "Very satisfied", "Extremely satisfied" }
