Calculate sum based on dates within a month of another column

How would I calculate the sum of Value so that its grouped by when Incident Date is within the same month as the Report Date

In this example the report month has a value of 15 since two incidents occured in Feb 2025.

use this as a calculated column

FORMAT([Report Month],"YYYYMM")=FORMAT([Incident Date],"YYYYMM")

and use it as a filter.
