Calculate percentage variation from the same day of the previous week

I have this matrix with market shares. The percentages are calculated on the total for each column.

Now, I need to include a column on the right of each day with the percentage of quota variation from the same day of the previous week.

I attach the table I currently have and a sample of the table I would need to create.

Any suggestions on how to do this? Thank you very much in advance.

@mizu , with date table you can measures like

example

Day behind Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Day))
This Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])-1))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), previousday('Date'[Date]))

diff =[this Day] -[Last Day]

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :radacad sqlbi My Video Series Appreciate your Kudos.

This was only one of the several problems I had, but it's been inspiring and helpful anyway, and finally I've been able to complete my task. Thank you very much for your answer.
