Calculate or count rows of Measure = 100%. Measure is not part of the table.

I have created a measure if compliance is 100%. 
Which is not part of the table.
Depending on the filters (months week empmid) , i need to count all that is 100%

Hi @msarao, create the two measures below, try them out, and let me know if there are any issues.

Compliance Measure = IF(SUM('ComplianceTable'[ComplianceValue]) = 100, 1, 0)

Count of 100% Compliance = 
CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS('ComplianceTable'),
    'ComplianceTable'[Compliance Measure] = 1
)

Error - A function "Placeholder" has veen used in a teue/false exception that is used as a table filter expression.

I just want a count of 100%
