Calculate hours plus the next 30 days

Hi I'm trying to calculate how many hours are spent on a pro bono rotation.

I have the below measure that calculates the Pro Bono Hours for individuals doing a pro bono rotation.

Pro Bono Rotation = CALCULATE([Pro Bono],
                    FILTER(WFE, WFE[Practice Area Name]= "Pro Bono"))

However, when their rotation is finished they get pro bono hours credit for the next 30 days after their rotatio. Rotation periods are as follows;
Jan-Feb
Mar-June
Jul-Sept

I'm not sure how to write a measure that give them credit for next 30 days follwing their rotation.
