Calculate Unit Price and Cost from values within one column in a table

I would like to calculate Unit Price / Cost of every cost element in below table (See capture PBI).

ie. Unit selling price (Row 2 / Row 1) and Unit Distribution cost (Row 4/Row 1).

Is there any way to do it in curret structure (See Capture Data model) ?

Data Model 

Basically KPI is stacked vertically from the original data (excel) and dates are unpivoted (within BI).

Value of respective KPIs are entered in Value column.
