Hi,
I have to write a DAX formula to calculate no of "Yes" group by Month
My data looks something like this:
All i am after is calculating No of yes values per Month.
I am currently using =
countG1 = CALCULATE(COUNT(TableName[ColumnName]), FILTER(ALL(TableName), TableName[ColumnName]="Yes"))
This gives me sum Total for the table, (Total Yes = 13)
I wanted to see per month total.
July 2019- 1
Oct 2019 - 2
Nov 2019 - 1
Dec 2019 - 1
Any help will be appreciated,
Thank you!!
Kind Regards
// All you have to do is to have
// a measure that returns the number
// of Yes'es in any selection. Then,
// to get the number of Yes'es by month
// you just slice by months. Please make
// sure you have a column with months
// by which you can slice.
[# Yes] =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS( T ),
KEEPFILTERS( T[Yes/No] = "Yes" )
)
@Anonymous , Create a date table, these you have month year, so that you can analyze by month
Use a fomula like
countG1 = CALCULATE(COUNT(TableName[ColumnName]), FILTER(TableName, TableName[ColumnName]="Yes"))
